PEGGABLE
We have a multiple ways of securing our tents but by far the most economical way is using our standard pegs. This pegs are 900mm long and based on ground conditions multiple pegs can potentially be used in one spot.
HIRE PERIOD AND TIMING
Our standard hire window stretches from Friday to Monday, providing ample time to customize the tent ambiance.
However, understanding every event is unique, we’re flexible. If your requirements differ, there’s always room for adjustment to ensure your occasion is nothing short of perfect.
If you need same day bump in and out this is also an option.
WEIGHTED
Where traditional pegging isn’t feasible, our weighted tents come to the rescue.
Leveraging removable ballast systems, these tents offer reliable stability on diverse terrains, including paved, concrete, asphalt surfaces or areas with underground infrastructure.
Our adaptable approach ensures your event’s success, no matter the installation challenges presented by the venue.

How long does it take to install
At Stretched Events, installation time can vary based on site specifics and the items chosen.
Regardless, we guarantee punctual arrivals and accurate setup estimations, ensuring we align seamlessly with your site schedules, every time.
A small tent will be done in under 2 hrs. A larger tent in half a day, with multiple or our largest tents taking 1 day.
Sloping or uneven surfaces
On sloping or uneven terrains, our free-form tents truly shine.
