Following the planning call, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your specific event requirements. This transparent and itemized quote will outline the services and offerings that will make your event exceptional.
Pay your 50% deposit to confirm your booking:
To secure your date and our services, simply pay a 50% deposit, confirming your booking with us. This guarantees our availability and allows us to commence preparations for your special day.
Have your pre-event call:
As your event approaches, we’ll schedule a pre-event call with our event specialist. This call ensures that all the necessary arrangements are in place, allowing you to have peace of mind and confidence in the seamless execution of your event.
Pay your balance 2 weeks prior to your event:
Two weeks before your event, we’ll send you a friendly reminder to complete the remaining payment. By taking care of this in advance, you can fully immerse yourself in the excitement and anticipation of your upcoming celebration.
Bump in:
With most events taking place on weekends, we typically begin the setup process on a Thursday or Friday, providing ample time for you to decorate and personalize your unique event space. Our team will work diligently to ensure everything is in place, ready for your special day.
Your special day:
Finally, the day you’ve been eagerly awaiting has arrived. Relax and enjoy every moment knowing that our team has taken care of every detail. You can be assured that the enchanting atmosphere that we’ve been planning has been executed flawlessly.
Bump out:
After the festivities come to a close, we’ll promptly and efficiently handle the bump-out process. Usually taking place on the Monday or Tuesday following the event, our no impact policy ensures that we leave your event space intact and pristine.
